The mobile App is distributed via the App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland) and Google Play (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
The Site and the App are accessible 24/7, except in case of force majeure, scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical interruption. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any modification, interruption or suspension of the service.
All content (texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, databases, source code) available on the Site and in the App is the exclusive property of the Publisher or of its partners and contributors. Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may lead to legal action under the French Intellectual Property Code and Civil Code.
